Immunoblots are representative of n=4 independent coimmunoprecipitation experiments, (C) p-jnk/jnk, Ac-p53/p53 protein expression in standard chow or 1% CA supplemented chow fed (5 days, n=3) mouse livers. Data is presented as mean ± SD (n=3) fold change in mRNA or protein expression over standard chow fed controls. p< 0.05 was considered to be significant. “*” denotes a significant difference between standard diet (SD) fed group as compared to the CA supplemented diet fed group.
