CDC7 inhibition suppresses glioblastoma cell proliferation. U87-MG and U251-MG cells were treated with different concentrations of CDC7 inhibitor (2.5 and 10 μM) for 72 h. Then, a chemiluminescent BrdU incorporation assay (Cell Signaling, #5492) was used to analyze the rate of cell proliferation. Data represent mean ± SEM of two independent experiments.
