Increased serum antibody responses by CIA06-adjuvanted Greenflu-S. Mice (n = 6) were immunized twice at a 3-week interval with Greenflu-S alone or in combination with alum or CIA06. Control mice were given CIA06. Two weeks after the second immunization, blood samples were collected, and serum titers of influenza virus-specific IgG (a), HI antibody titers (b), and virus-neutralizing antibody titers (c) were determined. Statistical differences were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's multiple comparison test. Results are presented as the GMT ± SD of titers obtained from six mice in each group.
