Basal activity of CYP2C19 and CYP3A4 assessed using formation rates of 5-hydroxyomeprazole (A) and 1′-hydroxymidazolam (B) in HepG2, HepaRG, 2D-, and 3D-cultured primary cryopreserved human hepatocytes.
