X and Y axes refer to the number of pixels in frame and Z-stack number, respectively. (Case 1) protein is localized to apical end with respect to cell fluorescence, (Case 2) protein is laterally expressed throughout the cell with respect to DAPI fluorescence, and (Case 3) protein that is expressed throughout the samples, even passed the lower limit of the fiber mat.
