Paclitaxel-induced time- and dose-dependent cell death in DU145 and PC-3 cells. The cells were treated with 50 or 100 μM of paclitaxel for 24, 48 and 72 h, and cell viability was measured using the MTS-assay in (A) DU145 and (B) PC-3 cells.
