Numerical estimates of the frequencies of Pig-a mutant RBCs (6A) and fold-differences (6B) in the frequencies of mutant RBCs normalized to their respective non-DIO samples in untreated mice on either a normal-fat diet (Non-DIO) or a high-fat diet (DIO).
