Cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of LCA (5–75 µM) for 24 h. IC50 values for LCA-induced cytotoxicity in PC-3 and DU-145 cells were 32.0 µM and 30.4 µM, respectively. Experiments were performed three times; per experiment, each concentration was tested in triplicate.
