Statistically significant differences in cell viability between bafilomycin A1- or LC3B siRNA-treated PC-3 cells and vehicle control-treated cells were determined by two-way ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test (* p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001). Experiments were performed in triplicate using different cell passages; per experiment, each concentration was tested in triplicate.
