The effect of concentration on the thermal unfolding of the anti CD40 antibody. The sample was subjected to thermal stress in the temperature range of 20°C to 90°C at a heating rate of 120°C/hr. The concentration of the sample used was 400 μg/ml in a 1 mm cuvette. Data from the melting profile of protein at 20 μg/ml in a 10 mm cuvette at the same heating rate (Figure 5) is replicated for reference.
