Simultaneous vision simulator with two Badal Channels (Channel 1: lenses L1 and L2 and mirrors M1 and M2. Channel 2: L3, L4, M3, M4) and a transmission liquid crystal spatial light modulator (SLM) optically conjugated with the pupil of the subject’s eye. Both channels are split using a polarizing cube beam splitter (CBS) in combination with a linear polarizer (LP) and the SLM, and recombined using a double mirror (MM), and a Beam Splitter (BS).
