  • Increased waist circumference (men >102 cm; women >88 cm)

  • Hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, or other conditions associated with overweight/obesity

Class I obesity 30.0 to 34.9 Yes
Class II obesity 35.0 to 39.9 Yes
Class III obesity ≥ 40.0 Yes
