After PMA treatment for 2 days, cells were loaded with ³H-cholesterol (1 μCi/mL), acLDL (50 μg protein/mL), and T0901317 (1 μmol/L) for 1 to 5 days. Under these conditions, the cholesterol efflux capacity was determined.
