(A) Localization of miR-706 in livers using ISH. Tissue sections were hybridized to biotin-labeled oligos (Scrambled oligo probe and anti-miR-706), captured with alkaline phosphatase-conjugated streptavidin, and the signal (blue dot) was developed with nitro blue tetrazolium/5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate (NBT/BCIP), n = 4 in each group.
