Gene expression levels were normalized to GAPDH mRNA. Amounts of transcripts were compared to sample with the lowest level of transcripts. Results are reported as Mean ± SEM from 4 independent experiments per group. Significance was assessed with the Mann-Whitney U-test. No significant differences were documented between groups.
