Regimens D1, D3 and D6 represent the best dosage vectors with maximum daily doses of 60, 50 and 40 μg/ml respectively. All other runs represent the best dosage vector of increased treatment duration. For Regimens D1D8; n = 4560, 4715, 4615, 4660, 4720, 4625, 4700 and 4750 respectively.
