Surgical closure of macular hole after prior treatment with ocriplasmin. A 6- year-old phakic male with medium sized FTMH (a). Visual acuity was 20/100 at baseline. Following intravitreal injection of ocriplasmin, the macular hole enlarged and VMT did not release (b). Vision worsened to 20/400.
