The effects of genistein on HT29 cell migration analyzed by wound healing assay. Cells were cultured with 0, 10, 30 and 50 µM genistein for 0, 12, 24 and 48 h, a wound track was scored and the number of migrated cells was determined. Top: the number of migrated cells was significantly reduced after exposure of HT29 cells to 50 µM genistein for 48 h (e-h) compared with untreated control group (a-d).
