hMSC proliferation was mostly unaltered by NP‐siRNA treatment. There were no significant differences in hMSC proliferation 1 day and 14 days post–treatment (A and C, respectively). However, NP‐siRNA treatment reduced the number of proliferating hMSCs that were seeded at 4,000 cells/cm2 5 days post‐treatment. n = 3 from one experiment for (B, C). ****p < .0001 compared to untreated hMSCs using two‐way ANOVA with Bonferroni's test for multiple comparisons.
