IFN-γ from T cell responses with APCs induces ISG54 promoter activity. Supernatants from Fig. 3 were incubated with IFN-γ neutralizing antibody, isotype control immunoglobulin, or PBS for 90 minutes at 37°C. Control supernatants (A), supernatants from cells stimulated with anti-CD3 (B), anti-CD3 plus poly I:C (C), or poly I:C (D) were then incubated with 10⁵ RAW-Lucia cells for 24 hours. After 24 hours secreted luciferase in supernatants was measured. Data are mean of relative luciferase activity ± SE, * indicates p< 0.05 using two-tailed Student’s t test. Results shown are representative of two independent repeats (n = 3)
