mir-133a-3p over-expression induced cell cycle arrest by up-regulating p53 and p21 expression and inhibiting cyclinD1 expression. miR-133a-3p over-expression increased the protein expression of p53 and p21 in GBC-SD and EHGB-1 cells (A).
