B: Cultured MIAPaCa-2, Panc-1, BxPC-3 and HEK-293 cells were treated for 48 h as described in the methods with the indicated concentrations of PCAIs, erlotinib and gemcitabine. The cell viabilities were evaluated using the resazurin reduction fluorescence assay. The results are the means (± SEM, N = 4) and are representative of four independent determinations.
