HGF regulated the interplay among autophagy, apoptosis and necroptosis. A. Cells were treated with or without SU11274 under hypoxia for six hours after thirty-six hours’ transfection with or without Ad-HGF. Lysates were extracted for immunoprecipitation to evaluate the interaction between Beclin-1 and Becl-2. Representative images are shown. B. The interaction between Bcl-2 and Bax in H9c2 cells after the indicated treatment was analysed using immunoprecipitation. The input whole-cell lysates were probed with Bcl-2 and Bax antibodies. C. Interaction among endogenous Beclin1 and Atg14L and exogenously expressed Flag-Vps34 in H9c2 cells after the indicated treatment was detected by immunoprecipitation. D. Western blot analysis of cleaved caspase 8 and caspase 8 level in H9c2 cells was shown. The bar chart manifested the statistical analysis of the protein levels. E.
