Repression of HOTAIR induced G₂/M arrest in Tca8113 cells that were transfected with control or HOTAIR siRNA. After being transfected for 48 h, the cells were incubated with 1 μL of RNaseA (100 μg/mL) at 37°C for 30 min, stained with 300 μl of PI (50 μg/mL) and kept in dark for 20 min. Then cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry.
