Inhibitory effects of PPARα on Wnt3a-induced transcriptional activity of β-catenin. Luciferase assay was used to quantify the effects of fenofibrate (Feno) (A) and overexpression of Ad-PPARα (B) on WCM-induced transcriptional activity of β-catenin in tubular cells.
