(b) Dose-dependent effects of p-ERK1/2, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, and β-catenin were detected in RJ-treated cells using western blotting. (c) To confirm translocation of β-catenin into nucleus, nuclear β-catenin expression was determined by western blotting.
