Cumulative increase was defined as the AUC for days on which the change from baseline was >0. D–F, Mean change in daily corticosteroid dose over 52 weeks (7‐day imputation). Daily change was defined as cumulative change from baseline in corticosteroid dose divided by the total number of follow‐up days. All doses were normalized based on the number of days the patient was in the study.
