Overexpression of furin cDNA increases the expression level of 9F5 antigen. COS‐7 cells were cotransfected with pcDNA3.1‐Gpnmb/pcDNA3.1 or pcDNA3.1‐Gpnmb/pcDNA3.1‐furin vector.
