(A) (Left side) Thermographic images of the liquid mixtures of unloaded A375 and unloaded ECFCs or ECFCs(100,150), irradiated with a 808 nm wavelength laser source at the intensity of 4.8 W cm⁻². While the temperature of the mixtures of unloaded cells doesn't raise significantly, hyperthermic regimes are reached when ECFCs (100,150) are present, reaching maximum temperatures of 47°C and 65°C, for the two enrichments respectively. Correspondent massive cells death is observed (right side) with microscope inspection and (B) confirmed by flow cytometry analysis of melanoma cells.
