The magnitude of ΔK from STRUCTURE analysis was calculated according to Evanno et al (2005) for 101 indigenous varieties with 123 DNA markers. The prior K value was varied from 2 to 10, with 10 simulation runs for each K. Simulations for each K used 100,000 iterations for initial burn-in, and 1,000,000 iterations for the subsequent MCMC estimation.
