Strength changes from weeks 5 to 8. 1RM bench press increased (panel a), 1RM deadlift increased (panel b), 1RM squat increased (panel c) and 1RM hip-thruster increased (panel d) in all groups over the 4-week monitoring period. However, there were no group*time interactions.
