(b) MIP of the 3D reconstruction obtained from the image stack, containing the full volumetric anatomical information. Outlines of four individual follicles can be identified in this view, indicated by white arrows. (c) Single plane images in each x (blue), y (yellow), and z (red) dimension is shown. The reslicing in x and y dimensions was done using a uniform grid, with the red slice indicating the imaging plane.
