Fig. 2 — A map of study sites used for randomized cluster study of slow-release FourStar™ Briquets 180 days microbial larvicide. The six site were located in three epidemiological regions, including malaria endemic lowland region (Kisian and Kombewa), epidemic-prone highland-fringe region (Esaba and Musilongo), and epidemic highland region (Eshibinga and Katsombero). The area size of each site is 2 x 2 km²
