Fig. 2 — miR-145 and miR-132 interact with the 3’UTR of FOXO1 mRNA. HEK 293 cells were co-transfected with the pmirGLO reporter vector and miRNA precursors. The mean relative luminescence induced by firefly luciferase expressed from the reporter vectors containing cloned 3’UTR fragments in the presence of negative control miRNA was normalized to 100%.
