Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interferon γ (IFN-γ), interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 4 (IL-4), interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 17A, (IL-17A) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) were determined in healthy uninfected WT and RAGE^-/- mice and in mice with septic arthritis at the end of experiment on day 14. The data are reported as mean ± SEM and analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test.
