The effect of exogenous melatonin on chloroplast ultrastructure in the WT (AD), nia1nia2noa1 (EH), and c-PTIO-treated (IL) Arabidopsis plants. Seven-day-old seedlings were treated with or without 5 μM melatonin in the presence or absence of 50 μM Fe for 8 days.
