Compared to control, subthreshold stimulation with noradrenaline (NA, 10−9 m) or phentolamine (Phentol, 10−6 m) had no significant effect on internal diameters (μm) of any vessel branch order in the GM of either young or old mice. Summary data are means ± SEM, n = 6 per age group.
