Multiphoton microscopy was used to examine the effect of salt stress on the endocytosis of ABCG25 in various types of root cell. Five-day-old seedlings harboring sGFP:ABCG25 were treated with water (A) or 100 mM NaCl (B) for 90 min. Images were acquired by focusing on the center of the root.
