TGFβ-induced MRTF-A nuclear localization is ROCK-dependent. (A) The presence of Y-27632 (20 μM) prevented nuclear localization of MRTF-A in response to TGFβ (4 ng/mL) treatment for 48 h. Fixed explants were costained for MRTF-A and αSMA and mounted in medium with DAPI to colocalize nuclei.
