CCG-203971 prevents TGFβ-induced nuclear G-actin depletion. Lens explants were treated with TGFβ (4 ng/mL) in the presence and absence of CCG-203971 (5 μM). After 48 h, explants were fixed and stained with DNase I, which selectively binds G-actin monomers, then mounted in medium with DAPI to colocalize nuclei. Scale bar = 100 μm.
