Kinetic of EPS quantification has been done on minimal medium supplemented with 20mM glutamate, using the Elson Morgan Assay. Three biological repeats were conducted per strain. Bars indicate standard deviation (Welch t-test, comparison with the ΔefpR strain, ** p-value <0.01, ****p-value <0.0001).
