Times are manually annotated and reflect the post-pacing intervals at all sites where entrainment maneuvers were successfully performed. In this case, red color portrays pathway of shortest post-pacing intervals closest to the reentry circuit. In the final map, the reentry circuit is characterized by a route of “earliest” activation depicting a roof-dependent atrial flutter (A. Posterior-anterior view, B. Anterior-posterior view.).
