(C-F) HeLa cells expressing FLAG-KIF1Bβ, GFP-KIF1A, or GFP-KIF1A deletion mutants were analyzed by immunofluorescence microscopy (C,E) and mean fractional distance ± SEM of lysosomes from the cell center was quantified as above (D,F).
