(C) Released CTCs from 2 patients with HCC formed spheroids at day 7 in culture with or without chemotherapeutic drugs. (D) Treatment of CTCs with sorafenib (5 samples) or oxaliplatin (5 samples) significantly decreased the number of spheroid formation (**P< 0.01).
