Hepatic gene expression changes of the matrisome (http://matrisomeproject.mit.edu/, last accessed 31 August 2016) in mice gavaged every 4 days for 92 days categorized: A, structural genes; B, secreted factors; or C, inflammatory chemokines and interleukins; D anchoring genes of the cadherin, integrin, and selectin families; and E, epithelial and mesenchymal markers. The presence of pDREs (DRE; MSS ≥ 0.89) and AhR enrichment peaks (FDR ≤ 0.05) determined by ChIP-Seq (Nault et al., 2016) are shown. Relative transcript representation describing the raw number of aligned reads to each transcript is shown to indicate potential importance of the genes function in the liver. Larger heat maps with 28 days expression data included are available in Supplementary Figure 6.
