(A) CBS and rpL3 were specifically immunoprecipitated from Calu-6 cell extracts with antibodies against the endogenous CBS and endogenous rpL3. Immunoprecipitates were separated by SDS–PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies versus rpL3 and CBS. Note the absence of signal in IgG immunocomplex.
