Deletion of CCR2 impairs recruitment of lymphocytes to the lungs in response to γHV-68. Purified leukocytes from the lungs of WT or CCR2^−/− mice were analyzed at either 7 or 21 dpi by flow cytometry. All cells were first gated on CD45+ and then stained with CD4 (T helper cells), CD8 (cytotoxic T cells), CD19 (B cells), or NK1.1 (NK cells).
