D and E: cells from collagenase-digested lungs (7 dpi) were assayed by flow cytometry for CD4+,IFN-γ+ (TH1) or CD4+,IL-17+ (TH17) cells. F: total RNA was harvested from lungs at 7 dpi (n = 6–9 mice per group) and assayed via TaqMan qRT-PCR for the expression of the indicated transcript.
