Erianin inhibits cells proliferation and induces G2/M arrest in human OS cells. (a) CCK8 assay was used to assessed OS cell proliferation. OS cell viability following treatment with the various concentrations of erianin for 24, 48, and 72 h. (b) Colony-formation assay was performed in 143B and MG63.2 cells with and without erianin treatment. (c) Erianin induces G2/M cell cycle arrest. 143B and MG63.2 cells were treated with control and erianin (10, 25, and 50 nM) for 24 h. The distribution of cell cycle was assessed by flow cytometry. The percentage of cells in each phase is showed as mean±S.D. from three independent experiments. (d) 143B and MG63.2 cells were exposed to erianin for 24 h.
