Antibody titers are log2 geometric means determined by the last doubling dilution that produced 75% neutralization or, for FBL-3 binding, the last doubling dilution that produced 50% of the maximum mean fluorescence intensity signal by flow cytometry. Viremia results are geometric means expressed as ffu/ml of plasma with a limit of detection of 220 per ml.
